One of the servers there was so rude and disrespectful can't even believe he is working there. Soup was cold, wings over cooked, and the new irresistabowl mac and cheese one didn't have enough sauce or what ever it is they use. Also took our server a long time to bring our drinks let alone the beer I ordered. Can't believe how my family and I was treated for the most part. The manager on duty on the other hand was very polite and professional and respectful.

They won’t even serve a baked potato with your steak before 4:00 pm . It’s on the menu yet you can’t get it . Never heard of any place not serving baked potatoes all day . Also if you want a House Salad with your steak it’s an extra $2.99. Ended up leaving and going to Cotton Patch and got the steak salad and baked potato all for $12.99 and it was great service and food

We did the curbside pickup, so this review is only related to that experience. I have no idea whatsoever how it is inside. We ordered two meals, the steak and the fish & chips. What food we did receive was delicious. But, we were missing all of the side dishes for the fish. By the time we got back to the hotel, it wasnt worth trying to drive back and get it, food would've been cold. So, just check your curbside pickup order completely. The woman that brought the food out was friendly and nice.

We've been to this location many, many times, but this time I decided to order something besides my favorite dish. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely delicious. Service was likewise excellent and the $1 bar drinks were delicious and another departure from our usual iced tea. Good job Applebees!

Went for dinner at about 7:00 pm on a Saturday. Got a table quickly even though the restaurant was fairly full. Courteous and friendly staff. Waitress took our order quickly. Baby back ribs and top sirloin were well cooked and delicious. Waitress checked on us several times. Good place to eat.

The food was delicious! The service was excellent. I was there for birthday dinner; the wait staff sang happy birthday and announced the birthday to the other customers. We all had a wonderful time with family; it was a great atmosphere.

It was not a good visit. The food was definitely not worth the prices that have gone up. A handful of chips and some salsa as an appetizer was sad. I was actually surprised when the server brought me my plate. Small portion of cold, unseasoned fries and the sandwich looked like they slapped it together in a second. We were there when it opened. The brisket tacos were ALL toppings with the smallest layer of brisket at the very bottom. Won't be going back.

Great service and food, sat at a bar table and received top notch service and martinis that were made very well. The Bourbon Chicken and shrimp was really good! I will be getting it again for sure.

Food was good and the restaurant is clean. It didn't take long for the food to come from the kitchen. However, requested steak medium, came out well done. Couldn't get a drink refill, even after requesting. Glass remained empty for most of the meal. Basically was ignored.

It was a not so comedy of errors. It started with the drinks ordered from the bar. They never got the mangorita correct. If they didn't have mango the waitress should have just said so. Then 2 of the entrees out of 4 orders were wrong. The service was less than average. It was surprising that the manager never approached our table. They did offer to comp for the 2 problem entrees. The staff seemed to be insincere. I will say that my previous experiences at Applebee's have always been good. I was shocked at how this particular visit was so negative.

Nice portion size, and the menu states nutritional information very clearly. Friendly service and a clean environment adds up to a pleasant dining experience. Be aware there are very few handicapped spaces, though, so if that's an issue plan ahead.

They just don't seem to get the order right. I ordered a ceaser salad with chicken on the side. They put the chicken on the salad and it was little tiny bits. But then they later brought out a big piece of chicken which was really hot so i h as d to wait to put the chicken on the salad till it cooled. Took forever to get out of there. Food tasted good but if they had done what I asked I wouldn't have been in there for almost 2 hours...... don't recommend

It's almost unfair to rate this location 2 stars because our experience was fair...however the meat quality just isn't good at Applebees. My salad had reheated and then cooled chicken. I'm not even sure what type of meat my son had. Everything else was enjoyable. The Applebees corporation lowers FOOD QUALITY to increase profits? Pass.

Great Food, and Great Services!First time I was here was to use a birthday coupon, I got an order at the bar, and a free birthday order to take... both items were great the burger that night, and the chicken sandwich the next day (can’t remember the exact names I think it was a Whiskey Burger and the Bacon Chicken Sandwich, but you get the picture)... they did all of this before close, and the quality was great

My wife and I decided to try applebees today and was disappointed with the meal. Ordered trio fajitas, paid extra for the smothered which was no more than a spoonful and a small one at that. The meal was brought to the table without the tortilla, when they arrived at the table they were so tough I could not chew. Don't think it's worth a return trip.

Horrible the service and the food. The manager was very apologetic but that doesn't make up for not staying on top of things. The margaritas were watery by the time we received them,they were suppose to be frozen. And the food well let's just say it wasn't long before I was rushing to the bathroom. And the spinach queso dip they had brought us was like water, we had to send it back and it still came back just as watery. Wouldn't recommend this Applebees. Corporate has gotten lazy on keeping their standards. Everyone we go to the same thing.

It took 40 minutes to get our food and all the manager did was walk around and not ask if anything was ok. Manager blamed it on 2 parties of 10 but other couples came in after us and left while still eating. Female manager was more concerned with her family at the table next to us. She never asked us the whole time if we needed anything. Our drinks eventually had no ice and we were never asked if we needed more beverages. This place is awful for service. On top of it our food was partially cold but we could tell they reheated the food in the plate. The plate was hot but cold food in the center. WOW.

Stole a moment with my hubby. Darted into Applebee's. The sauce on my ribs were finger licking good. Nothing was left on my plate. Food came fast. Waitress Alondria was very sweet. Will come back.

The service was horrible. We were told we couldn't sit in a certain area. So as we were being seated in another area another family sat down where we originally suppose to be seated. If we had to wait why couldn't they. The only reason why I stayed and ate at Applebee's was because of my family. I work too hard for my money to be treated like that. I don't want to even give 1 star but what choice do I have.
